Schuda posts career-best finish as Marauders finish fourth

FLEETWOOD, Pa. - Rachel Schuda shot a career-low score and posted a career-best finish while the Millersville Marauders placed fourth at Sunday's Kutztown Spring Invitational.
Schuda's 18-over 88 did not count toward the team score as she was in the field as an individual, but she still tied for sixth overall. Kutztown's Brooke Graham won individual medalist honors with a 79.
The Moselem Springs course played challenging as Graham was the lone golfer to break 80 and only seven of the 36 golfers broke 90. Kutztown won the team race with a 71-over. Millersville finished at 92-over-par.
Sabrina Swope's 91 made her Millersville's lowest counting score. She placed 11th, and Eric Garner placed 15th with a 92. Olivia Diamond's 24-over placed her 18th, and Lex Pfeufer and Ashden Stitt finished one shot behind their teammate and in a tie for 20th.
Millersville has one regular season event remaining--the April 18 ESU Invitational--before the PSAC Championship.
