Matt Helsel's team a good opportunity to start the season with a challenge as the Marauders got their first win of the 2024-25 season. Helsel, who spoke optimistically about the team's potential in the fall, came away pleased after the spring season opener.
"Our women did a nice job in difficult conditions against a quality opponent," said Helsel. "I thought Chloe and Luci played a solid doubles match where they started strong and pulled away at the end. Laure n was very sharp in singles. She has upped her game from last year without question."
