Men's tennis shuts out Shepherd on the road

Box Score SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – The Millersville men's tennis team hit the road to take on conference opponent Shepherd, coming away with a 7–0 win.

The Marauders went 3–0 in doubles play and 6–0 in singles action, starting with 6–2 wins from the duos of Dylan Tull and Zach Pernia, and Lino Morin and Sebas Castro. The third pair of Valentin Ebner and Jasper de Koning dominated for a 6–0 win.

In singles play, Morin moved up to the top spot and didn't miss a beat, winning 6–3, 6–3. Ebner followed him with a 6–1, 6–3 win, and Breno Maciel won 6–1, 6–1. de Koning took his match 6–1, 6–3, and Sandor Wulf won 6–0, 6–1. Wrapping up the slate was Castro, ending the day with a 6–1, 6–0 win.

The Marauders now are at .500 against conference opponents with two straight PSAC wins to stand at 2–2 in conference play, and 8–6 overall. The Marauders return home to host Bloomsburg next at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13 at McComsey Tennis Courts.
