REACTION FROM HEAD COACH JERRY BOLAND
  • Thoughts on team's performance: "Overall I am very pleased with how we performed today. We saw a lot things go well. We stressed outworking out opponents and for the most part we did that. We earned a lot of bonus points today and that comes into play when you win a team title."
  • On the tournament win: "I am just happy for our guys. They put in so much work and grind every day. We talk about how 'you get what you earn.' Today they earned it."
  • On 11 Marauders placing: "With several nationally ranked teams here, it says a lot when you have more placewinners than weigh classes. Josh and Craig in the finals at 149 and Bryce and Dom wrestling for third at 125 is, again, a tribute the the work our guys are putting in. I am super proud of them."
  • Looking forward to next dual: "We will enjoy this performance tonight. Tomorrow we put it behind us and get back to work. Next weekend will be another grinder and guys are excited for the opportunity to compete against three D1 squads."
