ABOUT THE DUAL

• The Marauders are set to host Kutztown on Saturday, Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. in Anttonen Natatorium. This is the second competition of the season for the Marauders.
• The Millersville swim team honors its 2023-24 senior class before the start of the meet.
• In the last meeting between these two teams, Millersville defeated the Golden Bears 142-101 improving its series results to 11-23. 
   

ABOUT THE MARAUDERS 

• Millersville opened its season with a home meet against Saint Francis. Although the Marauders were defeated 187-75, their was several notable achievements and indications of places the team can grow.
• The Marauders concluded last season 6-3 with a seventh-place finish at the PSAC Championships. This was the best finish in team history for Millersville.
• Junior Jordan Plempel was a top performer for the Marauders all season. During the PSAC Championship Plempel placed sixth in the 200 IM on day one and seventh in the 400 IM on day two.

SCOUTING THE GOLDEN BEARS

• The Golden Bears began their season on Sept. 27 in a dual meet against Shippensburg where they lost 134-128. Since then their team has made stride and won their last four competitions that included a two day tri-meet versus East Stroudsburg and California (Pa.).
• Kutztown holds a roster of 19 with seven newcomers this season.
• Kutztown concluded their 2022-23 season with an 8-5 overall record. At the PSAC Championships the Golden Bears placed ninth with a total of 403 points.
• Sophomore Annamarie Rodier was a top performer for the Golden Bears at the 2023 PSAC Championship. Rodier placed fourth in the 1650 free with a time of 17:39.94. This performance moved her to third place in the KU's top 10 list.
