Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Having already clinched the PSAC East, the Millersville women's tennis team closed out the regular season Saturday with a 7-0 loss to Slippery Rock before bouncing back and beating Lock Haven 7-0 to cap a perfect season in the division.

Millersville, now 15-7 overall, closed its PSAC East schedule with a spotless 7-0 mark for the first time. The 15 wins are the most for a Millersville team since the 2000-01 club set the school record with 29. The Marauders now turn their attention to the PSAC Tournament where it will play the quarterfinal winner between Slippery Rock and Mercyhurst at Bloomsburg on Friday, April 29.

Millersville started Saturday's action against 12-6 Slippery Rock, which was recently ranked No. 4 in the NCAA Atlantic Region rankings. The Rock swept doubles and won five of six singles matches in straight sets. Only Kelsey Heckert managed to force a match tiebreaker at No. 5 singles, 5-7, 6-3, 1-0 (10-1).

It was a much different story in Millersville's second dual of the day. Against Lock Haven, Millersville won its three doubles matches by a combined 18-2 score and then breezed through singles, getting straight set wins from Jasmine Morris (No. 1), Noelle Htwar (No. 2), Julie Wallace (No. 3), Chloe Abramowitz (No. 4), Hui Jen Soo (No. 5) and Aneesa Malik (No. 6).  Abramowtiz played in the No. 4 flight for just the third time all season and improved her record to 15-12. Soo made her sixth singles appearance (4-2), and Malik also won for the first time in duals. Abramowtiz and Htwar close the regular season with a share of the team lead in wins with 15.
