With the score tied 13-13, IUP drained a three and capitalized on a Millersville turnover to give the Hawks a five-point edge to end the first. In the second, the Marauders trailed by one-point with under a minute left. IUP drained a three-pointer with 0:33 remaining to enter halftime with a 33-29 lead.

The Marauders entered the final quarter trailing by six after generating an additional five points on the board to end the third.
