The Marauders are back in Anttonen Natatorium vs. Bryn Mawr

LANCASTER. Pa. - After a holiday break, the Marauders are back in Antonnen Natatorium on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 12 p.m. to take on the Bryn Mawr Owls. This marks the first time these two schools have competed against each other. 

ABOUT THE MARAUDERS 
  • The Marauders are just over half way complete with their 2022-23 season. The team has an overall record of 4-2, and a record of 3-0 at home. 
  • The last event for the Marauders was the Franklin and Marshall Invitational that took place Nov. 18- 20. Millersville finished sixth out of the 10 teams competing.
  • By the meet, the team added 22 new all-time top-10 swims, as well as one relay that ranks first in Millersville history. 
  • Sophomore Jordan Plempel had a spectacular showing at the Franklin and Marshall Invitational. She finished the weekend with five new personal best times.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT
  • The Owls currently have a 4-5 overall record with four wins in the last five duals, scoring at least 133 points in each of those wins.
  • Bryn Mwar last competed on Nov. 19 in a dual meet against Lebanon Valley and Cedar Crest, winning the tri-meet with scores of 133-57 and 135-55 respectively. 
  • Last season, the team had an overall record of 5-6 and finished seventh at the Centennial Conference Championship.
