HEAD COACH MARY FLEIG QUOTES
• "We struggled with their zone in that first quarter at times. We didn't really have a good start. We did a better job when we were scoring on those threes and shooting the ball well."Â
• "It's good that
Samantha Brusha came off the bench and gave us that kind of spark because we needed it. She does a good job on the defensive end as a guard, but to help us out offensively and to get that double-digit scoring is great."Â
• "Playing on the road is extra hard because you don't have that adrenaline when you get on runs. We just didn't defend and let them get on those runs. They came out strong and their seniors stepped up and played their last home game with a lot of passion and heart."Â
Â
NOTES
• Millersville continues to lead in the all-time series 47-45. West Chester now holds a single-game win streak over the Marauders.
• Lister's four 3-pointer mark a new career-high for the junior.
• Brusha's two 3-pointers tied her season-high while her four free throws set a new season-high.
