Women's tennis suffers 6-1 loss to Salem

Box Score Millersville, Pa. - The Millersville University women's tennis team fell to Salem University by a score of 6-1 on Sunday afternoon on the McComsey Tennis Courts.

The Marauders fall to 3-12, while the Tigers improve to 12-2.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
• Lauren Weaver recorded the lone Millersville point in the match with a 7-5, 6-2 win at flight six singles, her first singles victory of the season.
• Corinne Grohoski and Megan Rovenolt played well in their flight two doubles match, but ultimately lost, 6-3.

NOTES
• This was the first meeting between these two teams in program history.

UP NEXT
• The Marauders travel to Wilmington University on Tuesday, April 2 for a 3 p.m. match against the Wildcats.
