HEAD COACH MARY FLEIG QUOTES
• "
Olivia Mottern has really been our most consistent three. She continually hits big shots for us that have been really nice at home and starts us with getting the run. We are all so confident with her.
Courtney Dimoff had a few also and
Chandera Jones-Aryeh went 1-for-1. That and the free throws, even though we only got to the line six times we were 5-for-6 which is great. We like our rims here we always say. It's nice to play at home."
• "When you go on the road it's pretty tough. We were just getting our rotation, so we're feeling pretty good with how deep we can go. We can rotate nine to ten kids. The bench and the minutes that they are getting is valuable experience. We've been having some great practices too. It's been very helpful with the strength of our schedule and these conference games coming up."
• "It's a process. It is something we are drilling every day. But, the team is starting to believe in it and trust in it. We were excited that we won. We know what we have to do for the conference games coming up. It was good to get experience with these non-conference games. It's just all about basketball. It's a good time for us to work on a lot."
