HEAD COACH MARY FLEIG QUOTES
• "We finally had a really good second quarter which really helped. We got opportunities to put our press in and score off opportunities defensively. I think our running game was really good tonight in open court."
• "A big thing was that
Courtney Dimoff started knocking down threes and
Catherine Copeland did a really great job defensively and offensively that helped to open things up for Courtney. She did a great job outside hitting some threes and so did
Chandera Jones-Aryeh."
• "We learned last week on the road and from those games. We did a better job rebounding this time. We out-rebounded them and that was our goal going into it. We worked on things we needed to get better at. We just need to keep working on those things. Going on the road is sometimes hard, but I think we did a good job. We go out west next and that's going to be a long weekend. We just need to keep working on us."
NOTES
• This was the fourth meeting between the Marauders and the Griffins. Millersville now holds a 4-0 record in the series.
• This was the third double-digit scoring effort and 20-point game for Lister. Dimoff recorded her first double-digit scoring effort of the season.
UP NEXT
• Millersville continues its six-game campaign on the road facing their first PSAC East opponent, Mercyhurst on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 1 p.m.
