ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville returns to Pucillo Natatorium for the final time this season after having not swam in a home meet since Oct. 6 when they hosted the Relay Carnival. The Marauders will honor three seniors (
Gabriella Licata,
Amira Washington, and
Amanda Wetzler) before the meet. The meet gets underway at 1 p.m. with a 10 minute Senior Day recognition before the start.
• The Marauders are coming off a 132-61 loss to East Stroudsburg in which junior
Madisson Cartmill and sophomore
Kirsten Strayer picked up victories in one event each. In the 100-yard butterfly, Cartmill recorded a time of 1:04.45, swimming in her first 100 fly event of the season. Strayer touched the wall at 1:15.09 in the 100-yard breaststroke, two seconds shy of her season best (1:13.02).
• With two meets remaining until the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships on Feb. 20, the Marauders have qualified five including freshman
Maddie Stoner, freshman
Alexis Bowen, junior
Madisson Cartmill, senior

• Wetzler, Cartmill and Shollenberger are on the cusp of breaking the 1:00.00 mark in the 100-yard backstroke and look to do that Saturday. In the 200 free, Shollenberger and Cartill recorded times of 2:12.61 and 2:12.70.
• Strayer has not qualified yet for PSAC Championships but has come close in the 100-yard breaststroke, finishing with a time of 1:13.02 at F&M–two seconds shy of the time standard.
• Junior
Judith Miller has a similar situation, coming close to the time standard in the 100-yard butterfly. At the F&M Invitational, Miller had a time of 1:01.48, just 0.12 off the time standard.
