Women’s tennis falls to Goldey-Beacom in season opener

Box Score Millersville, Pa. – The Millersville University women's tennis team lost to Goldey-Beacom College by a score of 7-0 on Wednesday at the McComsey Courts.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

Katina Jones and Jasmine Morris were locked in a tight match at flight one singles before it went unfinished. The Marauders were down 4-5 at the time it was called.

NOTES

Three freshmen made their collegiate debuts for Millersville (Kelsey Heckert, Sophie May and Jasmine Morris).

The Marauders will next host Daemen College (N.Y.) on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. on McComsey Courts.
