ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• The Millersville University women's soccer team hosts Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) foe Bloomsburg Wednesday, Sept. 5 under the lights at 7 p.m. The Marauders 2-0 record is the best start to a season since 2013.
• Three Marauders are off to a fast start. Junior
Kay Liebl tallied three goals, one assists and 15 shots in the two victories. Sophomore
Talia Grynkewicz has recorded points in the last two games with a goal and an assist in each game. Sophomore
Alexis Glode has scored a goal with two assists while recording the most minutes (142) as an attacker.
• Eight Marauders have recorded more than 111 minutes in the past two games.
• The Marauders have held opponents to just 4.0 shots per game while allowing only one goal. Goalkeeper junior
Katia Mujica has a 0.50 goals against average, three saves, .750 save percentage and a 2-0 record with the help of the Marauders defense in front of her.

• Grynkewicz scored her second goal of the season.Â

Rachel Leisher scored the breakthrough goal to put the Marauders up 2-1 in the 75th minute. Leisher recorded her first career goal.
• Liebl ripped eight shots and scored once for her third goal of the season.
• The Marauders held the Vulcans to just three shots while allowing only one goal.

THE LAST MEETING: Bloomsburg 3, Millersville 0 (Sept. 6, 2017)
• In the 24th minute, Bloomsburg capitalized on an opportunity off a corner kick, and a deflection in the box caused the ball to enter Millersville's goal to open the scoring for the Huskies.
• In the second half, Millersville opened with multiple scoring opportunities but could not convert. The Huskies outshot the Marauders, 18-8.
• Mujica rounded out the day with nine saves.
SCOUTING THE HUSKIES
• Bloomsburg was picked to finish eighth in the PSAC preseason poll after qualifying for the last spot in the conference tournament as an eighth seed in 2017.
• The Huskies have reached the PSAC postseason in each of the first three seasons under head coach Matt Haney but have not advanced past the quarterfinal round.
• The Huskies won both of their games in 2-0 fashion against Mansfield and IUP. The team is shown to have depth on their roster with four players earning points that did not start.
• Goalkeeper Jenna Hawkins has not allowed a goal to go past her with the help of her defense having a perfect 1.000 save percentage and allowed an average of 5.5 shots per game.
• This is the Huskies' first road game of the season.Â
