GAME OVERVIEW
• Millersville picked up a key road win at Mansfield last week and is still very much in the mix for the postseason's No. 6 seed. But after this week's two home games, the Marauders play five of the final seven on the road. Millersville hosts East Stroudsburg Wednesday--an opponent that has topped the Marauders in five consecutive meetings and has won eight of the last nine. East Stroudsburg has won 16 of the last 19 meetings since 2008-09. The key for Millersville, at least in recent history, is to not play a high-scoring game with the Warriors. In Millersville's three wins since 2011, it has held ESU to 65.3 points in those three games. ESU has averaged 80 points per game in its wins during that stretch and has scored 92 or more in three of the last four. Last season, ESU scored 119 in the first meeting, becoming the first road team to score over 100 points in a regulation game at Pucillo Gymnasium since 1989. The Warriors won last season's games by a combined 66 points. Handling East Stroudsburg's press is also key. In the last six match-ups, Millersville has averaged 19.8 turnovers per game, committing at least 17 in each game.
• Millersville's 195 steals ranks third in Division II. One of the two teams in front of the Marauders in the standings is East Stroudsburg. East Stroudsburg leads Division II in steals per game with 13.1. Millersville ranks fifth with 10.8 steals per game. East Stroudsburg also ranks second in the nation in turnover margin (8.9) while Millersville ranks sixth (5.6). East Stroudsburg is also the No. 1-ranked team in Division II in turnovers forced per game (23.2) while Millersville ranks fifth (20.1).
• Millersville has started three freshmen for four consecutive game. Freshmen have combined for 47 starts so far this season, with James Sullivan having started all 19 and D'Marco Suggs and Najdawi each starting 13. No other team in the PSAC has had as many freshmen starts. Freshmen account for 1,946 minutes played, which is 50.4 percent of the team's total minutes. Sullivan and Najdawi rank second and fourth on the team in average minutes per game.
• Marcus Adkison has been consistent this season. In Millersville's six wins, he's averaged 21.7 points while shooting .511 from the field and .440 from three. In the losses, he's averaged 18.4 points while shooting .457 from the field and .400 from three. Similarly, Jordan Greene is averaging 10.7 in the team's wins and 10.6 in the team's losses, and Caden Najdawi is at 9.2 in the team's wins and 9.7 in the losses. But as a team, the Marauders have averaged 90 points per game, shooting .453/.374 in the six wins but drop to 71.8 points and .423/.320 in the losses. Millersville's opponents also averaged 26 turnovers per game in the six wins, compared to 16.5 in the 13 losses. Teams have shot .516 from the field and .415 from three in Millersville's losses but shot .426/.287 in the team's wins.
• Adkison ranks ninth in the PSAC in scoring average, sixth in 3-point field goal percentage and ninth in free throw percentage. Adkison is on pace to make 80 threes by the end of the regular season, which would rank sixth all-time at Millersville, and would make him one of three players with two seasons with two entries in the top 10.

SCOUTING EAST STROUDSBURG
• It is a four-team battle atop the PSAC East standings and ESU is right in the mix. The Warriors bounced back from a two-point loss at West Chester by beating Kutztown 101-95 Saturday. The Warriors scored at least 95 points in each of their first seven games and is the PSAC's highest-scoring offense at 93.8 points per game. ESU ranks fourth nationally in points per game.
•    ESU has 10 players averaging more than 10 minutes played per game but no player averaging more than 26 minutes per game. Steve Harris leads the team with 14.7 points per game but eight players average at least 7 per game. Harris' .632 field goal percentage is second in the PSAC.
