GAME OVERVIEW
• With four teams still in the mix for a PSAC Tournament berth, Wednesday's game at Lock Haven is key. The Marauders and Bald Eagles both have three league wins. Millersville is 1-5 on the road while Lock Haven is 2-5 at home. Wednesday marks the 82nd meeting between the two teams. The teams split last season but Millersville has lost four in a row in Thomas Field House. The Marauders' last win in that building came in 2012-13 in overtime, 87-79. Lock Haven has won six of the last 10 match-ups after Millersville went 42-5 from 1952-2013. Mike Nestor has more wins over Millersville than any Lock Haven coach since 1947.
• Despite a 5-12 record, Millersville has pushed some of the PSAC East's best teams to the limit. The Marauders lost on a buzzer-beater against West Chester and most recently lead Kutztown by 10 points in the second half. Millersville has lost six games by 10 points or fewer. The Marauders have led at halftime in 13 of 17 games but are just 5-6 in such games.
• Millersville caused Kutztown to commit a season-high 23 turnovers in its last outing and continues to lead the PSAC in total turnovers forced and rank fifth in Division II in turnovers forced per game. The Marauders are seventh in Division II in turnover margin and third in steals with 185. Millersville, however, ranks last in the league in field goal percentage defense (.486) and 3-point field goal percentage defense (.382). While Millersville has committed fewer turnovers than opponents in 13 of 17 games, it has allowed teams to shoot over 50 percent from the field eight times and are 0-8 in those games.
• Millersville started three freshmen for the third consecutive game. Freshmen have combined for 41 starts so far this season, with James Sullivan having started all 17 and D'Marco Suggs and Najdawi each starting 11. No other team in the PSAC has had as many freshmen starts. Freshmen account for 1,717 minutes played, which is 49.8 percent of the team's total minutes. Sullivan and Najdawi rank second and fourth on the team in average minutes per game.
• Speaking of freshmen, a pair of Marauders rank in the top 17 in the PSAC in steals per game. James Sullivan, who recorded six steals against Kutztown, averages 1.6 per game and ranks 12th. Jamal Washington is tied for 17th at 1.5 per game. Washington has accumulated 24 steals in just 220 total minutes, giving him a 4.4 steals per 40 minutes average. Sullivan has 21 steals in his last eight games.
• Caden Najdawi continues to emerge as one of the top freshmen in the PSAC East. His 10.2 points per game ranks second among PSAC East freshman, trailing only Lock Haven's Matt Cerutti's 10.5. Over the last seven games, Najdawi is averaging 13.3 points with a team-best 7.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game, shooting .523 from the floor. He also ranks second on the team with 31 minutes per game in that stretch as well.
• Marcus Adkison's 27 points against Kutztown gave him 16 consecutive double-figure scoring performances. The longest stretch since Charlie Parker's 17 in 2007-08. He's scored 20 or more in four of his last five games.

SCOUTING LOCK HAVEN
• Lock Haven has lost three in a row but is a tough team to beat at Thomas Field House. East Stroudsburg found that out on Jan. 6 with Lock Haven winning 89-82. Amir Hinton is the PSAC's leading scorer at 23.9 points per game. He recently scored 25 points against nationally-ranked West Chester to score 1,000 career points, needing only 42 career games to do so. It is believed that he is the fastest player in PSAC history to 1,000 points. He's scored 20 or more points 10 times this season and has games of 47, 34 and 30 points. He leads a lineup with four players averaging double figures in points per game.
• While Millersville is among the best in Division II at creating turnovers, Lock Haven has committed just 13 per game, and has only two games with more than 20.
• Lock Haven shoots just 31.5 percent from three but has taken 85 fewer threes than its opponents.
