• With a series beginning in 1903-04 and with 209 meetings, Kutztown is Millersville's oldest and most familiar PSAC foe. Kutztown has won six in a row which followed a run of five consecutive of wins for the Marauders. Kutztown has won the last three games by an average of 14.7 points.
• After allowing Bloomsburg to shoot 59.3 percent from the field on Wednesday, Millersville will need to turn in a better defensive performance Saturday if it wants to top Kutztown. The Golden Bears boast the PSAC's second-ranked offense at 87.8 points per game and leads the league with a .508 field goal percentage. It is the only team in the league shooting over 50 percent from the field. Kutztown has scored at least 89 points in four consecutive games. Millersville has allowed 90-plus points in three of the last six games after not allowing more than 85 points in a span of eight in a row. Opponents have also knocked down at least 50 percent of their shots seven times this season and in four of the last six. Millersville is 0-7 when allowing 50 percent shooting. In their five wins, the Marauders are shooting .468 while holding teams to a .428 mark from the field and .293 mark from 3-point range. In the 11 losses, Millersville has been out-shot .512 to .429 and opponents own a .428 mark from three.
• Millersville opened the season by shooting 39.1 percent from three in the first nine games. But in the last seven games, Millersville has shot just 29.1 percent from three.

The rest of the team has made just 41 of 155 (.265). Adkison and Chambers have done the same for the team's free throw percentage. The duo accounts for 42 percent of the team's made free throws. While Chambers ranks fifth in the PSAC and Adkison ranks 11th, no other Marauder has made even 70 percent of his foul shots.
•
Marcus Adkison is on quite a run, scoring double-figures in 15 consecutive games. It's been more than a decade since that feat has been pulled off at Millersville. The last Marauder to put together 15 games in a row with 10 or more points was Millersville Athletics Hall of Fame member Charlie Parker, who opened the 2006-07 season with 17 such performances.
• Freshman
Caden Najdawi continued his string of strong performances Wednesday with 14 points, six rebounds and a block. Over the last six games, Najdawi has averaged 12.8 points per game and leads the team with 7.3 rebounds per game and eight blocks. Najdawi has also converted a team-best 54.7 percent of his shots and made 19 of 25 free throws in that stretch. In those same six games he's also second on the team with 31.2 minutes per game.
• Against Bloomsburg Millersville started three freshmen for the second consecutive game. Freshmen have combined for 38 starts so far this season, with
James Sullivan having started all 16 and
