GAME OVERVIEW
•    Millersville scored a much-needed home victory over Lock Haven on Saturday and sat idle on Wednesday as Mansfield lost to fall a half-game behind Millersville and Lock Haven for the final playoff spot from the PSAC East. Millersville and Lock Haven are both 7-12 with three games remaining, and while two of Millersville's games are on the road (where they are 1-10 this season), two of Lock Haven's games are at home. Millersville holds the tiebreaker against both Lock Haven and Mansfield. Millersville's opponent on Saturday, Kutztown, is ranked No. 6 in Division II and sixth in the first NCAA regional rankings. The Golden Bears have already clinched a playoff spot and sit a half-game ahead of Shippensburg for first place in the PSAC East.
•    With the series beginning in 1903-04 and with 208 meetings, Kutztown is Millersville's oldest and most familiar PSAC opponent. Kutztown has won five in a row, which followed a run of five consecutive wins for the Marauders. Millersville has not scored more than 71 points in any of the last five match-ups. Millersville is 2-6 at Kutztown since 2008.
•    Four of Millersville's five starters are averaging double-figures in scoring. The last time Millersville had four starters play in at least 25 games and average double figures was in 2011-12. Marcus Adkison, at 15.0 points per game, ranks 18th in the PSAC in scoring, sixth in 3-point field goal percentage and fifth in 3-pointers per game. Adkison, with 66 made threes, needs seven more threes to crack the top 10 at Millersville for threes made in a season.
•    Jordan Greene pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds against Lock Haven to register his second double-double of the season. Greene has half of the team's four double-doubles and both have come in the team's last five games. Greene is averaging 7.9 rebounds over his last seven games. He's also scored in double figures in nine of the last 10 games and is shooting 45.5 percent from the field in that stretch. He had scored in double figures one time in the team's first eight games.
•    Greene wasn't the only Marauder to hit a career-high against Lock Haven. Tommy Patterson blocked a career-high four shots, giving him six in the last two games. Adkison totaled seven assists, topping his previous Millersville best of six.
•    The magic number for Millersville is 70 points. When the Marauders score fewer than 70 points, they are just 1-10 and 7-5 when topping that mark. Defensively, the number to watch is 80 points. When opponents score more than 80, the Marauders are 1-8.
•    Millersville has committed fewer turnovers than its opponents in 18 of 23 games, ranking third in the PSAC in fewest turnovers and third in turnover margin.  Millersville has committed fewer turnovers in all eight wins and are 7-7 in PSAC play with committing fewer turnovers.

SCOUTING KUTZTOWN
• Kutztown rolls into the game on 13-game winning streak. It has not lost since the calendar turned to 2017. It's last loss came to Shippensburg on Dec. 30. Kutztown has since scored at least 81 points in the last 13 games and topped the 90-point mark nine times. Kutztown is 11-1 at home this season, with that Shippensburg loss as its only loss.
• Kutztown leads the PSAC in scoring offense at 89.7 points per game, leads the league in field goal percentage (.503) and ranks third in 3-point percentage (.398). The offense is a balanced attack, however, with only Josh Johnson (15th) and Ethan Ridgeway (20th) ranking in the PSAC's top 20 in scoring average. All five starters average at least 12.3 points per game. Ridgeway is the PSAC's leader in assists (8.6 per game) and recently set a school record for assists in a game with 14. He is also close to setting the record for single-season assists, needing only four for that record.
