• The Millersville women's swimming team looks to improve upon their eighth-place finish at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference swimming championships in the 2015-16 season. Last year's finish was the team's best since 2006, and their 175 earned points was the second highest total in program history.
• Millersville brings a mix of veterans and new student-athletes to the pool this year. While head coach Kyle Almoney will want to use this event as one last send off for his seniors, he will also use the event as a way to build up the experience of a very young team.
• Senior Rachel Malampy returns to the PSAC Championship holding some of the fastest times in short yardage freestyle events while freshman Jessica Berry dominates the fastest times in the long distance freestyle events. Joining Rachel Malampy in the short yardage freestyle events are senior Lizzie Ebert, freshman Mallory Dyson and
sophomore Amira Washington who all hold top-5 times in the 50-yard freestyle event.
• Junior Emily Fusco returns to the PSAC Championship as the backstroke specialist holding top times in the 50, 100 and 200-yard backstroke events. Freshmen Ariana Crossgrove and Madisson Cartmill hold top-5 times in these events as well.
• Freshman Judith Miller hold top times in the butterfly events despite not racing in the event until this year. Cartmill joins Miller on the top times list for butterfly.
• Sophomore Gabriella Licata brings her speed to the breaststroke events along with Dyson and Fusco.
• Dyson and Fusco will continue to bring versatility to the team in the individual medley events.
