Millersville, Pa. - Millersville women's tennis boosted its PSAC East record to a perfect 4-0 with a 7-2 win over East Stroudsburg Tuesday at McComsey Tennis Courts.
Millersville remained in a tie for first place with two division matches remaining. The upcoming dual against 5-0 West Chester on April 14 will decide the PSAC East Championship. One win in its final two duals would give Millersville its most regular season league wins since 2003-04. Millersville has won five of its last six matches.
The Marauders won five of the six singles matches and two of three in doubles. No. 1 singles player
Sarah Sambrick improved to 4-0 in PSAC East play with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Amber Jadus.
Kimberly Theophile rallied after a first set loss to score a 2-6, 7-5, 11-9 win at No. 3 singles.

Jessica Soullaird and
Kelley Hershey all won in straight sets.
In doubles, Theophile and Thompson scored an 8-1 win in the No. 2 spot to improve to 4-2 as a team. The No. 3 team of Soullaird and Hershey won by an 8-3 score.
