USATF Hershey Youth Outdoor Track & Field Championships Coming to Millersville

Indianapolis, Ind. - The 2016 USA Track & Field (USATF) Hershey Youth Outdoor Championships will be hosted at Millersville University's Biemesderfer Stadium from June 28-July 3.
Millersville was selected as the host site by the USATF after examination determined it among the best facilities in Central Pennsylvania. The track facility was constructed in 2005 and renovated recently, and the facility includes regulation jump and vault areas, a new steeplechase pit and stadium lighting. The field features facilities for high/triple jump, javelin, shot put, and discus/hammer.
The USATF Hershey Youth Outdoor Championships annually hosts several thousand athletes, ages 18 and under, competing for national titles. The weeklong event includes a Hershey Welcome Celebration cookout and carnival for athletes, their coaches and families.
