Erie, Pa. - The Millersville men's tennis team was swept 9-0 by Edinboro on Saturday night to open up Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference play at the Westwood Racquet Club in Erie, Pa. On Sunday, the Marauders were swept 9-0 by the Mercyhurst Lakers at the Pennbriar Athletic Club.
With the weekend's losses, the Marauders remain winless on the 2014-15 season with a 0-7 record.
Mercyhurst earned victories in all three doubles matches and then won all six singles contests in straight sets. Robert Rizea clinched the match with a 6-2, 6-0 victory at #3 singles over Millersville's
Dylan Ryan.
