Complete Game Notes (.PDF)GAME OVERVIEW• Millersville returns to the court for the first time in nearly two weeks on Thursday with a non-conference road game against Bowie State. The Marauders then return home to Pucillo Gymnasium on Sunday, ending a two-game road swing with a PSAC crossover matchup with Pitt-Johnstown. The Marauders have stumbled through the month of December as they have went 0-5 and are in the midst of an eight-game losing streak. Millersville began the season 2-1 overall and earned road PSAC victories over Mansfield and Gannon.
 • A trio of Marauders are averaging double figures this season. Senior guard
Shawn Williams is averaging 17.9 points per game, while junior
Cornell Yarde II is at 13.3, and
Ricky Mosley scores 11.4 points per contest.

Ricky Mosley has elevated his play of late, scoring in double figures in four-straight contests. The Central York product has picked it up on the glass as well recording two-straight double-doubles. Mosley struggled from 3-point range through the first seven games of the year, but in the last four he has been lethal shooting 16-of-39 from downtown.

Markeith Mont earned his most minutes (30) off of
Fred Thompson's bench in the Marauders 86-70 loss to Lock Haven. Mont finished with a career-high 23 points on 8-of-12 shooting. Mont also sank a career-high seven points from the free throw line.
• Last time out for Bowie State seniors Andre Jackson and Julian Livingston scored 18 and 16 points respectively to lead the Bulldogs to a 97-83 road win at West Virginia State. Jackson hauled in a career-high 13 rebounds as the Bulldogs finished the game with a 48.6 shooting percentage (35-of-72), which included 10-of-24 from beyond the arc. Bowie State also dominated in the paint holding a 46-20 paint advantage and out-rebounded West Virginia State 39-30.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT• Longtime head coach Rob Rukavina has taken Pitt-Johnstown to four NCAA Tournaments in 26 years and won back-to-back WVIAC titles in 2007-08 and 2008-09. UPJ is in just its third year with the PSAC, though. This year's club is at the top of the Western Division at 5-2 in league play so far. The Mountain Cats feature the league's No. 3 scoring offense, averaging 83.0 points per game. Pitt-Johnstown also ranks fifth in the PSAC in field goal percntage (.472) and first in 3-point shooting (.421). The Mountain Cats are 2-2 against PSAC East opponents.
• Pitt-Johnstown has exceeded its preseason expectations after being picked to finish eighth in the PSAC Western Division as decided on by the conference coaches' poll. The Mountain Cats enter Sunday's PSAC affair second in the division and are led by A.J. Leahey who was an All-PSAC West First Team All-Conference selection. Leahey, a First Team selection last season, averaged 13.9 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in 2014-15. The junior forward is averaging 18.6 points and is joined along with teammates Nate Snodgrass and Dale Clancy who also average double digit scoring at 16.1 points and 15.8 points, respectively.
• This non-conference game will be the only meeting between the Bulldogs and Marauders this season. The Bulldogs have played all non-conference games to date and were picked to finish atop the standings in the CIAA Northern Division as voted on by the CIAA Men's Basketball Coaches Association. Bowie State earned a 76-64 victory over the Marauders last year and a 76-64 desicion in the season opener. In the opener, one first half run gave Bowie State all the cushion it needed shooting 62 percent from the field in the first half and 51.9 percent for the game.
