GAME OVERVIEW
• Millersville is in the midst of a three-game home stand and dropped the first game to Kutztown and now hosts Seton Hill on Friday, Dec. 4 and California (Pa.) on Saturday, Oct. 5. The Marauders opened scorching hot from 3-point range against KU nailing consecutive attempts, but Millersville cooled from the field and dropped a 69-60 decision. Two Marauders finished in double figures. Shawn Williams led the way with a game-high 20 points and added three steals. Demerik Weglinski came just shy of tallying his fifth double-double pouring in 12 points and corralling eight rebounds.
• A trio of Marauders are averaging double figures to begin the season. Senior guard Shawn Williams is averaging 18.1 points per game, while junior Cornell Yarde II is at 13.3 and forward Demerik Weglinski chips in 11.0 points per contest.
• Millersville has struggled from 3-point range shooting at a 27 percent clip which ranks last in the PSAC. However, Shawn Williams has been a bright spot for the Marauders hitting 37 percent, which is best on the team and 12th best in the PSAC. Williams' 20 made three-pointers are the fourth most in the PSAC and he is the ninth best scorer within the conference averaging 18.1 points per contest.
 • In 2015-16 PSAC crossover action, the visiting team is 4-5 on the second day of the back-to-back as the Marauders fell to Clarion earlier this season after defeating Gannon 75-66 the day before.
 • Millersville is among the best rebounding teams in the PSAC, ranking sixth averaging 40.4 rebounds per game. Much of Millersville's damage on the boards is done on offense where it averages 14.1 rebounds per contest, good for fourth best in the conference. Demerik Weglinski, No. 4 in the PSAC at 9.7 per game, is a big reason why the Marauders are controlling the glass. Weglinski's 4.7 offensive rebounds are the best in the league. Seton Hill's Kameron Taylor sits fifth overall behind Weglinski averaging 9.5 rebounds per game.

THE LAST MEETING (SETON HILL 83, MILLERSVILLE 74 - DEC. 18, 2013)
• Seton Hill joined the PSAC prior to the 2013-14 athletics season. The Griffins first battle with Millersville as a conference opponent occurred in Seton Hill at the Katherine Mabis McKenna Center as the Marauders fell by a 83-74 decision.  The Black & Gold opened the scoring with a 3-pointer, and Millersville led the homestanding Griffins for more than 33 minutes of action. Seton Hill recorded a 16-3 run from the 6:45 mark to the closing whistle as the Griffins canned 47.3 percent of its shots and made 27-of-36 from the line. Millersville made 12 3-pointers, but hoisted 38 attempts.

THE LAST MEETING (MILLERSVILLE 78, CALIFORNIA (Pa.) 66 - DEC. 21, 2013)
• In 2013, Millersville hit a season-high 13 3-pointers and shot a near-perfect 17-of-18 from the free throw line to defeat visiting California (Pa.) 76-66 at Pucillo Gymnasium. The Black & Gold sank a pair of free throws with 10:44 left to give the Marauders' their largest lead of the game at 56-34. The Vulcans frantically tried to come back, and an Arman Marks' 3-pointer with 2:04 left brought the Vulcans to within 69-63. The Marauders extended the lead at the foul line, though, hitting 7-of-8 in the final 1:28. California was limited to 37.3 percent shooting from the field and only 3-of-15 shooting from three.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• Seton Hill is led by Kameron Taylor who has been named PSAC West Athlete of the Week for consecutive weeks. Taylor leads the PSAC in scoring at 24.6 points per game and is third in rebounding at 10.6 rebounds per game.
• California (Pa.) was slotted to finish sixth in the preseason Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West poll as the Vulcans returned three starters from a season ago.
