Millersville, Pa. - Millersville women's tennis opened its dual meet schedule on Sunday against PSAC West foe Seton Hill. The Griffins swept the contested matches for a 7-0 win over the Marauders.

Seven points were awarded as matches at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles were not played. The most closely contested match came at No. 1 doubles were Millersville's Sarah Sambrick and Nicole Daacke were edged by an 8-6 score. Heather Grove took the most games of any Marauder in singles. Playing in the No. 5 spot, she fell by a 6-4, 6-3 score to Alisha Torretti.

Millersville is set to host three more matches in October. The Marauders play USciences on Oct. 8 at 3 p.m.
