Millersville Cross Country Finishes in Eighth at Dickinson Long/Short Invitational

Newville, Pa. - The Millersville cross country team competed in the 4K portion of the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational on Saturday and finished in eighth place out of 40 teams while Shannon Cruz paced the Marauders in fourth amongst 301 total runners.
Cruz crossed the finish line with a time of 14:28.92 and Abigail Daley was the next to finish for Millersville in 39th and was clocked at 15:38.26. Taylour Mauro rounded out the scoring for the Marauders as only the top three runners for each team were scored and the sophomore placed 58th with a time of 16:03.19.
Next up for Millersville is the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 4 in Bethlehem, Pa.
