Edinboro, Pa. - Saturday in the team's trip to Edinboro, the Millersville men's tennis team took just two of nine matches to drop a 7-2 decision to the Fighting Scots.

Jody Sambrick Jr. was part of both of the team's wins on the day. Sambrick took his singles matchup with Kevin Caldwell by scores of 6-3, 6-4. The sophomore then paired up with teammate Niko Mucci to grab an 8-4 win over the Edinboro No. 1 doubles team of Colin Bandell and Brandon Romain.

No other Millersville player took more than three games in a set during singles play, and the team dropped its other two doubles matchups. The duo of Tucker Mertz and Dylan Ryan scored six points, dropping their doubles match by an 8-6 score.

The loss drops the Marauders to a 3-11 record on the season, 1-3 in PSAC matches. Millersville's final match before the PSAC Team Championships is Sunday at Mercyhurst, beginning at 10 a.m.
