GAME NOTES
· Millersville stopped West Chester's five-game winning streak on Wednesday using Brandon Brown's bucket with two seconds left. Now the Marauders are have a chance to end another lengthy winning streak as East Stroudsburg has opened the season 7-0 and is ranked No. 17 in Division II. Millersville is 2-0 at home this season and knocked off the nationally-ranked Warriors  last season in Pucillo Gymnasium. The Marauders have won just three of the last 10 meetings against East Stroudsburg, but all three of those wins have come at home. The Marauders are a much different team at home this season, scoring 77.5 points per game and allowing 67.5 points and 42.5 percent shooting. On the road, however, the Marauders are shooting just 37.9 percent, scoring 73.3 points per game and allowing opponents to score 77.7 points on 48.1 percent shooting.

· Millersville received a surprise appearance from the previously injured Anthony Coleman on Wednesday. Coleman was the Marauders' top scorer against the PSAC last season (13.7) but missed the opening month after breaking his ankle. He scored seven points in his return to the lineup including a 3-pointer make on his first attempt. Jalen Lester, who also missed the first two games, has scored 30 points in his last two games and has hit 8-of-16 3-pointers. Lester has also sank all six of his free throw attempts.

· Tavon Parker has hardly played like a rookie. He has scored in double figures in four of five games and dropped a career-high 19 against West Chester. Parker leads the team in scoring at 13.4 points per game and also leads the Marauders in assists at 2.0 per game. His 67 points through five games are the most by a Marauder freshman since  Mike Holley scored 71 in his first five games in 2010-11. Parker is the top scoring freshman in the PSAC and is the only freshman to lead his team in scoring.

· Millersville has shown a great deal of depth, playing 12 players against West Chester and nine of those players scored in the game. Eight different players have scored in double figures this season, and four different players have led the team in scoring. Kyle Richardson is the lone Marauder to lead the team in scoring twice, but no player has done it in back-to-back games.

· Millersville has made 11 3-pointers in each of the last two games and has made at least nine in every game. The Marauders are on pace to make 245 threes and attempt 805, which would both shatter the school record for threes made in a season (216 in in 2000-01) and threes attempted in a season (629 in 2000-01).
