Box Score Slippery Rock, Pa. - Millersville women's soccer was shutout 2-0 at No. 14 Slippery Rock Wednesday, ending its quest for PSAC Tournament bid. 

The Marauders dropped to 8-8-1 overall and 7-7-1 in PSAC play. The Marauders have 22 points and trail Mercyhurst for the final spot by three. Mercyhurst owns the tiebreaker via head-to-head victory. 

Dara Demich scored both of Slippery Rock's goals. She tallied her first on an assist from Ali Brosky just 9:17 into the game. The lead was extended in the 56th minute on an assist from Caitlin Binder. 

Olivia Webber made four saves for the Marauders, and the offense managed just five shots. Kelsey Mattola totaled a team-high two shots. 

Millersville hosts PSAC frontrunner California (Pa.) on Saturday at 5 p.m. The Marauders must win or tie to secure its first .500 season since 2004.
