Box Score Kutztown, Pa. - Kutztown extended its winning streak to seven games after rolling past Millersville 108-75 Saturday afternoon in Keystone Hall.
The 108 points were the most allowed by a Millersville (5-11, 3-9 PSAC) team since losing 114-101 to Central Oklahoma in 1992. Kutztown (11-5, 8-4 PSAC) shot 55.6 percent from the field, made 8-of-17 from three and sank 30-of-39 from the line. Nate Edwards led the Golden Bears with 29 points.
Devon McBride made a 3-pointer on Kutztown's first possession of the game, and the Golden Bears never trailed the rest of the way.
Anthony Coleman was Millersville's leading scorer with 19 points. Coleman has now scored in double figures in four consecutive games and is averaged just over 20 points per game in that stretch.
Elijah Obade registered his third double-double of the season with 16 points and a career-high 13 rebounds--11 of which came on the offensive glass.
C.J. Scott scored 14 points.
Millersville hosts Shippensburg Wednesday evening. Tip is scheduled for 8 p.m.
