
Millersville's Parker Named East MVP at NABC D-2 All-Star Game

March 28 – As if Charlie Parker didn't have enough awards to put on the resume, the Millersville University senior added another Friday night in being named Most Valuable Player of the NABC East All-Star Team.
Parker ( Fawn Grove , Pa. /Kennard-Dale HS) scored a team-high 18 points in leading the East to a 103-97 victory over the West at the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in Springfield , Mass.
Parker, Millersville's second all-time leading scorer and two-time PSAC East Player of the Year, made eight-of-13 shots in 20 minutes of action.
Twenty players from across the country participated in the game, the nation's premier Division II men's basketball all-star showcase.
Jeff Fahnbulleh of Kentucky Wesleyan was named MVP of the West Team.
