Millie Davis joined the track and field coaching staff as a volunteer assistant prior to the 2019-20 season. 

Davis graduated from Millersville in 2019 and was a three-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete. She was a member of the cross country and track teams for three seasons and was competed on top-six 4x800-meter relay teams at the PSAC indoor and outdoor championships.
