Senior Ryan McCormick was the offensive spark plug for Millersville's offense as the team went 7-1 and took a season series from West Chester for the first time since 2001. McCormick, the team's leadoff hitter, reached base at a .452 clip. He totaled five hits, walked seven times and was hit twice on a hit-by-pitch. He led the team in runs scored with eight, swiped seven bases and drove in three runs. The senior second baseman also played exemplary defense, not committing an error in 27 chances.
