Senior midfielder Margaret Thorwart scored three goals in Millersville's PSAC Tournament run including the game-winning goal in Millersville field hockey's first PSAC Championship win since 2013 and the fourth all-time. Millersville trailed Shippensburg 1-0 at halftime but Thorwart's penalty stroke conversion gave Millersville the lead and eventual win. Thorwart scored both goals in the PSAC Quarterfinal win over Bloomsburg.
