Chris Murphy extended his consecutive scoreless innings streak to 14.0 with a second consecutive complete game shutout. He went the distance against IUP, scattering four hits and three walks while striking out five. He did not allow a hit through the first 4.1 innings, which pushed his streak of innings without allowing a hit to 11.1. Murphy improved his record to 6-1 on the season.
