Jeff Heisey started his senior campaign in grand fashion, batting .462 in the three game series against Winston-Salem State. He was one of four Marauders to hit safely in all three games, going 3-for-4 in the opener, 2-for-5 in game two and 1-for-4 with a walk and two runs in the finale. Half of his six hits were doubles.
