CROSS COUNTRY

2019 (Sophomore) 

• Set a career best 6K time at the NCAA Atlantic Regional on Nov. 9 (24:23.6).
• Ran sub-25:00 times in each of the final four races on the season.
• One of the team's top-four finishers in all six races and finished No. 2 on the team at Navy and Bloomsburg. 
• Team's No. 3 finisher at the PSAC Championships.

2018 (Freshman) 

• Ran in all seven events.
• Notched a season-best time of 25:57.20 and finished in 60^th place at Gettysburg Invitational on Oct. 13.
• Placed 65^th with a time of 26:34.00 at PSAC Championships on Nov. 3.
• Earned 87^th place and clocked in at 27:56.00 at NCAA Atlantic Regional on Nov. 17.
   

High School

• Qualified for the Maryland cross country state championships three times, recording a PR of 19:56.
• Two-time indoor and outdoor state meet qualifier in the 1,600-meter run with a PR of 5:18.52.
• Posted a 11:46 career best time in the 3,200-meter run.
• Team Character Award recipient in 2016.
• Named Carroll County Times All-County First Team all four years.
• A member of National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, Hope For Tomorrow Club and Educators Rising Club.
