CROSS COUNTRY

2019 (Junior)

  • Set a career best 6K time at the NCAA Atlantic Regional on Nov. 9 (24:31.1).
  • Ran in six of the team's seven meets including both postseason races.
  • Top-five finisher on the team in all six races. 


2018 (Sophomore)

  • Ran in six events including the PSAC Championships and the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships.
  • Posted a season-best 6K time of 2:24.50.5 at the LVC Last Chance meet, placing 13th.
  • Finished in 79th with a time of 27:01.5 at the PSAC Championships and placed 83rd with a time of 27:45.0 at the regional.
 

2017 (Freshman)

  • Competed in all seven races.
  • Ran a season-best 5K time at the season-opening Millersville/F&M Alumni Meet, placing fifth with a time of 21:03.1.
  • Ran season-best 6K time of 27:44.4 at the PSAC Championships, placing 138th. 
     

High School 

  • Competed in districts as a freshman and sophomore and states as a freshman.
  • County champions in cross country.
     

Personal

  • Daughter of David and Karen Rudderow.
  • Has four brothers.
  • Majoring in early childhood education.
