A member of the 2018 Millersville University Athletics Hall of Fame class, Elicia Anderson Claffey joined the Millersville coaching staff prior to the 2018-19 season to work with distance runners.
Claffey was a three-time All-American, eight-time All-PSAC performer and three-time PSAC Champion in cross country and track and field from 2008-12. She set and continues to hold five school records. She is the only Marauder to win the PSAC outdoor 3,000- and 5,000-meter runs in the same season.
Claffey was a nine-time USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region track and field performer and four-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete. She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics in 2012.
