Jeff Tomasetti spent five seasons working with J.C. Morgan at Shippensburg, and prior to the 2018 season, Morgan made Tomasetti the youngest coordinator in the PSAC when he brought in the 2013 Shippensburg grad to oversee the offense. Tomasetti also oversees the team's quarterbacks.

Tomasetti quickly rose from a volunteer to a graduate assistant on to a fulltime coach in just five seasons. He served his first two seasons as the wide receivers coach and was elevated to quarterbacks and wide receivers coach in 2015, working hand-in-hand with Morgan, who was then the Raiders' offensive coordinator.

At Millersville, Tomasetti has helped Morgan set the program on the rise. In their fourth season at the 'Ville, the Marauders won their most games in 15 years. In winning five of the final seven games, Tomasetti proved creative as injuries forced him to utilize four different starting quarterbacks. Running back Jaheim Morris went on to earn All-PSAC East recognition. The following season, Morris became the first Marauder running back since 2000 to be a two-time All-PSAC East honoree.

A native of Claymont, Del., Tomasetti oversaw the development of some of the most prolific pass catchers in Shippensburg history. Three of his receivers were named All-PSAC East First Team. Trevor Harman and Sheldon Mayer (both All-Americans) rank first and second all-time at Shippensburg in catches. Harman set the all-time PSAC record for receiving touchdowns. Tomasetti also coached Winston Eubanks to a PSAC East Freshman of the Year award.

Under the watch of Tomasetti, quarterback Ryan Zapoticky posted a 23-6 record as a starter, set the Raiders' record for rushing yards by a quarterback and accounted for 72 touchdowns 29 games.

As a student-athlete, Tomasetti was a quarterback and special teams contributor from 2008-12. He was a team captain and voted the team's Special Teams Player of the Year as a senior. Tomasetti was twice named the Red Raider Pride Award winner for his leadership and commitment to excellence.

Tomasetti graduated from Shippensburg in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in history/social studies education.
