Millersville is committed and obligated to the principle of institutional control in operating its athletics programs in accordance with NCAA, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and University rules and regulations. As a member institution with a Division II intercollegiate athletics program, Millersville University adheres to the standards that have been established to govern athletics participation in its 19 varsity sports.
The Millersville University Athletic Administration works to help educate its student-athletes, coaches, administrators, faculty, staff and boosters about the basic requirements and guidelines that must be followed in order to make the Marauders compliant. The Compliance Office strives to be proactive with education, and acts as the communication center to address questions, concerns and the interpretation of NCAA rules for its constituents.
