REACTION FROM HEAD COACH BRIAN SMITH
On winning the first two sets:
"We talked as a team about our performance our first match against Bloom, having lost in five sets with poor team performances in passing and hitting. We had a plan to execute better and reduce our errors against their big block and focus on winning the serve/pass portion of the match.

On the 11-0 run to open the fourth set:
"Going into set four we again stressed focusing on the basics and allowing Bloom to make more errors. Becca did a great job mixing up her serves to start set four and we also played well at the net to take the first 11 points.  We showed them different looks as well with our players, but in the end, we executed our plan and had great effort all around and it ended well. It was a good win for a young team."
