THE MATCH-UP
• Millersville has dropped three in a row but seeding for the PSAC East is still hotly contested. The Marauders are in fourth place, just two games out of second and a half-game out of third. Millersville holds a half-game lead over Kutztown and is 1 ½ games up on Shepherd and Lock Haven. Millersville has four regular season games remaining with two at home. The schedule is favorable as three of Millersville's final four opponents have sub-.500 records. The top two seeds in the PSAC East will receive a bye in the opening round of the tournament and the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds will host a home game in the first round.
• Less than three weeks ago, Millersville beat Mansfield on the road by 27 points. Millersville has won five in a row and 10 of the last 11 match-ups. Millersville's last three wins have come by a combined 61 points, but prior to that, nine of 11 games were decided by single-digits. Millersville has won seven consecutive meetings in Pucillo Gymnasium with Mansfield's last victory in the building coming in 2012.
• During a four-game winning streak from Jan. 22-Feb. 1, Millersville made an average of 10.75 threes per game. But the 3-point shooting has fallen off a cliff in Millersville's recent three-game losing streak. The Marauders have made just 11 threes in the last three games, shooting 23.9 percent, and hit the bottom with a 1-for-10 performance against Shippensburg. Millersville is 8-4 when making at least eight 3-pointers and 7-2 when shooting over 35 percent.
• The key number for Millersville seems 82. The Marauders are 10-3 when scoring at least 82 points and 2-9 when scoring 80 or fewer. Millersville is also 8-3 when shooting at least 49 percent from the field.
• Millersville is trending toward one of the most effective offensive seasons in program history. The field goal percentage of 76.3 percent is on pace to set a program record, which was set in 2014-15 at 74.4 percent. Millersville's 46.8 field goal percentage is currently the program's best since 2006-07, when a team that set a Millersville record with 28 wins shot 46.9 percent from the field. Millersville is also shooting 35 percent from three—a mark the team hasn't hit since the 2004-05 club shot 35.3 percent, going 22-8 and reaching the PSAC Championship game and NCAA Tournament.

James Sullivan has recorded at least one steal in 20 of 22 games. As the team leader with 35, he ranks 10th in the PSAC with 1.5 per game. Sullivan is five steals away from becoming the first Marauder since Charlie Parker in 2004-07 to total 40 steals in each of his first three seasons.

SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS
• Mansfield has lost five of the last six, and aside from an 88-84 win over Lock Haven on Feb. 5, those other five games have been decided by at least 26 points. Mansfield has failed to score 60 points in five of the last eight games, including back-to-back 55-point outings. Mansfield's scoring off (71.6), ranks 14th in the PSAC and the scoring defense, allowing 85.8 points per game, ranks 18th out of 18 teams. Mansfield is also tied for last in turnovers per game (14.8). Trevor English ranks second in the PSAC in rebounds per game (8.7). Eleven different players have started at least one game.

Ryan Davis scored 20 points in the second half including eight in a row to start a 20-0 run that helped Millersville break open a game that was tied 33-33 at the half. Millersville out-scored Mansfield 51-24 over the final 20 minutes. Davis also blocked two shots and recorded two steals in the second half.
