MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – Lauren Lister,
Courtney Dimoff and
Samantha Brusha combined for 52 of Millersville's 75 points in its loss against Lock Haven, 82-75.
Courtney Dimoff started off the scoring effort sinking a bucket from downtown to tie the game in the first minute, but the momentum swung in Lock Haven's direction with the Bald Eagles going on a 9-2 run to create a lead that they would not relinquish throughout the rest of the game.
The Marauders are now 5-12 overall and 2-10 in the PSAC. The Bald Eagles improve to 10-7 overall and 7-5 in conference play.
MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
• Just under two minutes into the third quarter the Marauders trailed by 10 points. A 3-pointer from Dimoff combined with two Lister free throws and a
Chandera Jones-Aryeh layup cut the deficit in half, 46-41, with four minutes remaining.
• Brusha followed up on the action with an and-1 jumper to bring the Marauders within two points of the lead, the closest they had come since the first quarter. Lock Haven quickly put up four more points for the 50-44 lead.
Olivia Mottern hit a three to bring the Marauders back within three points.
• Millersville trailed by nine points going into the fourth quarter. Lister put up Millersville's first nine points through the first 2:19 topping it off with a bucket from downtown to cut the deficit down to two points.
• The Marauders went through a scoreless three minutes with the Bald Eagles capitalizing on a 6-0 run. Lister stepped back up to the arc sinking another three to bring Millersville back within five. Two Brusha free-throws cut the deficit even further, 70-67.
• Once again Lock Haven found its groove for another 8-0 run that Dimoff put an end to shooting a 3-pointer with just 1:11 remaining in the game.
Erika Reed followed up with a fast break 3-pointer to bring Millersville back within six points.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• Millersville went 4-of-6 from beyond the arc in fourth quarter. The Marauders shot 41.7 percent overall from the 3-point range and 100 percent from the charity stripe.

Courtney Dimoff led the 3-point scoring shooting 5-of-8 from downtown for 17 points.

Lauren Lister went 8-of-20 from the field for 24 points. She totaled two 3-pointers, tying her career-high.

Samantha Brusha totaled a season-high 11 points off 4-of-8 shooting.
• Millersville outrebounded the Bald Eagles 43-41. Lister and Brusha led the Marauders with nine apiece.
Lock Haven topped the Marauders in points in the paint (34-18), points off turnovers (19-18), fast break points (15-9), and bench points (35-9). Millersville led in second chance points (16-13).

• Millersville continues to lead the all-time series against Lock Haven 38-33. The Bald Eagles now hold a three-game win streak over the Marauders.
