ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville enters Saturday with an overall record of 7-5, a 5-2 mark in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) play, and sits in fourth place in the conference standings. The Marauders have lost their last two games, but they nearly upset No. 14 Mercy in their last game on April 11.
• The Marauders have outscored their opponents 141-129, outshot their opponents 352-331, have 18 fewer turnovers than their opponents, boast a higher shots on goal percentage than their opponents (.793-.740) and a higher clear percentage (.864-.762).
• Millersville ranks second in the PSAC in clears (216), third in ground balls (310) and fifth in save percentage (.473) and caused turnovers (124).

Genevieve Speights leads the team in points (35) and draw controls (45), is second in goals (25) and shots (56), tied for third in assists (10) and fourth in ground balls (31) and caused turnovers (11).
Gillian Zimmerman is ranked first on the Marauders in goals (29), shots (70), second in points (31) and fourth in draw controls (23). Zimmerman is also eighth in the conference in shots per game (5.8).
Sara Burney leads the team in assists (14) and boasts 24 points, while
Erin Fagan is third on the Marauders in points (26).

Sarah Leverentz is second on the team lead in caused turnovers (21), draw controls (31), ground balls (38) and has contributed to the offense with 21 points, 17 goals and four assists. Leverentz is sixth in the PSAC in ground balls per game (3.5) and eighth in caused turnovers per game (1.9). Sukanick leads Millersville in ground balls (41) and caused turnovers (22). She is also seventh in the PSAC in ground balls per game (3.4) and 10th in caused turnovers per game (1.8).

Shannon Davis has started all 12 games in net and has totaled 115 saves this season. She boasts a 10.95 goals against average (GAA), .477 save percentage and ranks sixth in the conference in saves per game (9.6).
LAST TIME IN ACTION: No. 14 Mercy 13, Millersville 11 (April 11, 2019)
• The Marauders trailed 9-5 at halftime but scored the first four goals of the second half to tie the game. However, they were unable to complete the comeback in a well-fought game against the No. 14 team in the country.
• The Mavericks held an advantage in shots (31-25), shots on goal (23-17), draw controls (16-10) and turned the ball over 18 times compared to the Marauders' 19 turnovers. Millersville had an edge in saves (10-6), clears (25-22) and free-position shots (10-3). Both teams collected 22 ground balls.

Genevieve Speights led the attack with four points, three goals and one assist, while Zimmerman also notched a hat trick and
Grace Cobaugh recorded three points off of one goal and two assists. Cobaugh also won a team-high four draw controls, while Zimmerman was not far behind with three.
Jasa Lorah scooped up a game-high four ground balls and, along with
Nathalie Sell, caused a game-high two turnovers.

• The Lakers have dominated the series, with Millersville's lone win against Mercyhurst being its 8-6 victory in 2001.
• This will be the first meeting between these two teams that the Lakers are not nationally-ranked since 2014. Mercyhurst was nationally-ranked for the previous four meetings.
• Only one of the last seven meetings was decided by fewer than four goals.

• The game remained close throughout the first half, with the Marauders trailing just 8-7 at halftime. Four-straight goals by the Lakers to start the second half gave them a five-point cushion. Millersville scored back-to-back goals to cut the deficit to three, but Mercyhurst scored two more goals to dash any hopes of a comeback.
• The Lakers held an advantage in shots (42-22), shots on goal (30-14), clears (19-17), ground balls (27-14), draw controls (15-11), free-position shots (8-6) and turned the ball over just 15 times compared to the Marauders' 21 turnovers.

SCOUTING THE LAKERS
• Mercyhurst enters Saturday with a record of 7-5, 4-3 in PSAC play, and sits in sixth place in the conference standings. The Lakers went 13-7 last season, 9-3 in PSAC play, and made their fifth-straight appearance in the conference championship game.
• After a three-game losing streak Mercyhurst has regained form and has won its last three games. However, all three of those games were at home and the Lakers are just 2-3 on the road this season.
• Mercyhurst is coming off a 13-10 win against Seton Hill on April 10. The game was tied at halftime, but a 7-2 run by the Lakers in the second half sparked them to a victory. Emma Hubert led the attack with five points, two goals and three assists, and Brenna Fosco wasn't far behind with two goals and two assists. Marissa Comerate scooped up a game-high four ground balls and tied for the game lead with two caused turnovers. Kira Kolb won 10 of her team's 11 draw controls and Kaitlyn Lippert made 13 stops in net.
• The Lakers are fourth in the PSAC in goals scored (160) and have allowed the fourth-fewest goals (119). Their 208 turnovers are the fourth-fewest in the conference and they are tied for fourth in draw controls (149).
• Hubert is the PSAC leader in goals (52), points (59) and goals per game (4.3). She is second in points per game (5.0) and shots per game (8.3). Lacey Netti has formed a strong 1-2 punch with Hubert, as she leads the conference in assists (37) and assists per game (3.1). She is just behind Hubert and third in the PSAC in points per game (4.8). Kolb ranks first on the team and second in the conference in ground balls (52), ground balls per game (4.3), third in draw controls (73), draw controls per game (6.1), fifth in caused turnovers (26) and sixth in caused turnovers per game (2.2).
• Lippert has started the last four games in net and is fourth in the PSAC in save percentage (.505) and fifth in GAA (8.50). Mercyhurst also boasts Raelyn Tiberio who has started eight games in net and has 54 saves, a .429 save percentage and a 11.31 GAA.
