ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville enters Tuesday's game with a record of 1-2. It is coming off its closest game of the season, a 12-11 loss at Chestnut Hill on March 2. The Marauders' other loss this season came against Georgian Court, a team that went 9-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play last season on its way to a conference championship.
• This will be Millersville's final non-conference game before beginning Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) play against Edinboro on Saturday, March 16. The Marauders were originally scheduled to face Mercy on March 6, but that game will now be played on April 11.
• Millersville has outshot its opponents 89-81 and has a higher shots on goal percentage (.831) than its opponents (.691). The Marauders have also tuned the ball over 54 times compared to their opponents' 65 turnovers.

Genevieve Speights leads the team in goals (8), points (12) and draw controls (14).
Sara Burney leads Millersville in assists (6) and is second in points (8).
Gillian Zimmerman is second on the team in goals (6) and draw controls (9), while
Calie Swegon is third in points (7) off of two goals and five assists.
Natalie Sukanick ranks first on the Marauders with eight caused turnovers and second with eight ground balls, while
Sarah Leverentz leads the team with 10 ground balls. Leverentz has also contributed to the offense with five points, four goals and one assist.Â

Shannon Davis has played every minute in net and has made 19 saves.
LAST TIME IN ACTION: Chestnut Hill 12, Millersville 11 (March 2, 2019)
• Neither team led by more than two goals and the two teams were nearly even in most statistical categories. The Marauders outshot the Griffins 33-28, held a 14-11 edge in draw controls and made 21 turnovers compared to Chestnut Hill's 23. Millersville scored three-straight goals once and the Griffins did so twice, including three of the last four that gave them a lead they would not surrender.

Genevieve Speights scored a team-high four goals and notched two assists for a career-high six points while winning a team-high five draw controls.
Grace Cobaugh, two goals and one assist, and
Erin Fagan, one goal and two assists, each notched three points. Cobaugh also collected a team-high four ground balls and caused a game-high three turnovers.

• After the Rams scored the first goal of the game, the Marauders scored the next seven to build a lead that they would not surrender. Millersville outshot Shepherd 37-13, turned the ball over just 12 times compared to the Rams' 29 turnovers and were a near-perfect 25-for-26 on clears.
• On the Marauders' ninth goal of the game
Sabrina Fusco scored her 200th career goal and notched her 250th career point, while
Kristen Butzner, who assisted the goal, notched her 100th career point.
Callie Kavanaugh scored a game-high five goals, while Butzner tallied a game-high six points off of one goal and five assists.Â

Genevieve Speights scored three goals and, along with
Jasa Lorah, won a team-high three draw controls. Speights, Lorah and
Natalie Sukanick each collected a game-high three ground balls, with Lorah causing a game-high four turnovers and Sukanick not far behind with three.
Sara Burney also contributed to the attack with two goals.Â
SCOUTING THE RAMS
• Last season Shepherd went 8-7, 3-2 in Mountain East Conference (MEC) play, and are coming off its first win of the season, a 21-11 victory against Alderson Broaddus.Â
• The Rams' 21 goals against the Battlers came after scoring just 13 over their first two games. After scoring six of the first seven goals, Shepherd never led by fewer than three. The Rams outshot Alderson Broaddus 38-25 and were 19-for-29 on clears. Lillian Funke totaled a game-high nine points, eight goals and one assist, and won a game-high 13 draw controls. Hailey Bennett collected a game-high five ground balls and Kira Barth caused a game-high three turnovers.
• Funke leads the team in goals (13), points (16) and draw controls (22). Regan Brown ranks first on Shepherd with five assists, while Mallory Davila leads the team with eight ground balls and Kiana Turner has caused a team-high five turnovers.
• Bennett has started all three games in net and boasts a 9.12 goals against average, .590 save percentage and 36 saves.Â
