ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville's seed for the PSAC Tournament is locked in at No. 4 while East Stroudsburg has plenty on the line. ESU trails first-place West Chester by a half-game and can use a win into one of the first two spots and get a first-round bye in the playoffs. ESU is also ranked sixth in the latest NCAA Atlantic Regional rankings, needing a spot in the top eight to get into the NCAA Tournament. Millersville can top 16 wins in a season for the first time since 2013.
• Millersville is also looking to bounce back after an overtime loss at Lock Haven. By nearly every benchmark, the Marauders should have won that game. Millersville led at the half and before the game it was 13-0 when leading at the break. Also, for the first time this season, Millersville lost a game in which it out-rebounded an opponent (now 9-1) and totaled more than 40 rebounds (now 8-1). Millersville also dropped to 8-3 when winning the battle in second-chance points, 14-6 when scoring more points in the paint and 15-4 when totaling more points off turnovers.
• Freshman Jaden Faulkner is coming off his first career double-double (18 points and 14 rebounds) and picked up his fourth PSAC East Freshman of the Week award earlier this week. Fellow rookie Justin Nwosu is a two-time winner of the award, and the freshman duo did some heavy lifting for the Marauders against Lock Haven. Nwosu led the team in scoring (20 points) for the fourth time. Faulkner has led the team in scoring seven times while also leading in assists 18 times, blocks eight times and in steals five times. Since December 18--a span of 18 games--Faulkner has averaged a team-best 16.3 points, 5.6 assists and 2.8 steals per game while also ranking second in rebounding at 6.0 per game. He needs just three steals to be the only freshman in Millersville's single-season top 10. He also has more assists than any Marauder since Charlie Parker's 145 in 2007-08. Faulkner's per game average is currently eighth-best.
• Saturday is Senior Day for Marcus Adkison and Amadou Kaba--both three year members of the program after transferring in for Casey Stitzel's first season. In just three seasons, Adkison leaves his mark on the program  by currently ranking 20th in career scoring (1,354), sixth in career steals (149), fourth in threes made (230), eighth in 3-point percentage (.401) and fourth in free throw percentage (.807).
• East Stroudsburg has won seven consecutive games in the series with Millersville's last win coming at home in 2015. Each of the last five games have been decided by double-figures. ESU has won 19 of the last 22. In Millersville's three wins since 2011, it has held ESU to an average of 65.3 points. ESU has averaged more than 80 points per game in its wins.

SCOUTING THE WARRIORS
• East Stroudsburg has won eight in a row and nine of the last 11 with their only losses in that span one-point defeats to IUP (in overtime) and West Chester. One week ago, East Stroudsburg went into West Chester and ended the Golden Rams' 15-game winning streak, 94-77. ESU is the highest-scoring team in the PSAC at 87.6 points per game. They also lead the league in turnover margin (5.40), and steals (11.96). Leading scorer Josh Williams has scored 18 or more in six in a row and has 11 double-doubles this season. Freshman Ryan Smith is coming off games of 23 and 31 points and has three double-doubles in the last four games.

THE LAST MEETING (Jan. 30, 2019 - East Stroudsburg 78, Millersville 62)
•  East Stroudsburg forced the Marauders into a season-high 23 turnovers and 38.9 percent shooting. Jaden Faulkner led Millersville with 20 points and three steals, scoring 16 points in the second half after playing just 10 first-half minutes in foul trouble. It was only an eight-point game with 10 minutes left before Millersville went four minutes without a field goal.
