Lock Haven, Pa. – Millersville University, ranked No. 25 in Division II team was shutout by the Division I's No. 22 Lock Haven by a 45-0 final score on Sunday afternoon at Thomas Fieldhouse.

DUAL HIGHLIGHTS
• Lock Haven's DJ Fehlman defeated Millersville's Ryan McGuire the first bout (133), scoring a 14-0 major decision. At 141 pounds, Alex Jablonski was pinned at the 4:14 mark by Brandon Loperfido. At 149, Bald Eagles' Jonathan Ross controlled the bout with redshirt senior D.J. Mele, recording a 16-0 technical fall for Lock Haven. A 30 second pin at 157 by Alex Klucker pushed the Bald Eagles' lead to 27-0.
• The 165-pound class featured a pair of nationally-ranked wrestlers in No. 4 (DI) Chance Marstellar and No. 3 (DII) Shane Ruhnke. Marstellar and Ruhnke battled to an 8-5 decision going to Lock Haven. At the beginning of the second period, Ruhnke tied up the match at 2-2 with an escape. Marstellar got Ruhnke's leg for a takedown and 4-2 lead but quickly after Ruhnke got a reversal to tie the match up to 4-4. With time remaining in the second, Marstellar got out of Ruhnke's grasp, earning a 5-4 lead going into the third. Marstellar escaped from the down position at the start of the third and then responded with a takedown. Ruhnke closed the bout with an escape but could not make up the difference. 
• The Bald Eagles won the next two bouts by decision, and Parker McClellan scored a first period pin at 197. At 285 pounds, redshirt senior David Wuestner faced No. 9 ranked Thomas Haines, and was edged 6-0.

NOTES
• After today's results, Lock Haven is 38-3-1 all-time against Millersville and has won 25 straight over the Marauders. The last meeting between the two came during the 2010-11 season--a 37-3 LHU victory.
• The last time Ruhnke and Marstellar faced each other was in last year's PSAC Championship in the semifinals where Marstellar won by 16-1 technical fall.
• Ruhnke's seven-match win streak was snapped and it was just his third loss of the season.

• The Marauders return to Pucillo Gymnasium for a dual against Gannon on Friday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. The Marauders' last dual at home was against Mercyhurst on Nov. 30.
