GAME NOTES
• Millersville ended their three game losing streak Wednesday against Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference rival Bloomsburg University. Junior
Callie Kavanaugh scored the game winning goal with 13 seconds remaining in the game to win 11-10.
• Millersville faces off with their fourth ranked opponent in five games.
• Junior
Sabrina Fusco leads the team in goals scored with 18. Her knack for finding the back of the net will be vital for the Marauders to complete the upset and build a new winning streak. Fusco is second on the team with 27 points.
• Senior
Renee Landis has most points on the team with 29. Landis has scored 11 goals while assisting 18 more goals for her teammates.
• Senior
Jamie Damirgian's control of the midfield will be essential for the Marauders to win. She leads the team with 27 draw controls wins, and she has caused seven turnovers which have earned extra possession for the Marauders. She has also scored 11 goals and assisted five more.
•Sophomore
Natalie Sukanick leads the team in ground balls with 24 and first on the team with nine caused turnovers.Freshman
Sarah Leverentz will need to continue patrolling the defense to prevent clean shots for the Mavericks. Leverentz is second on the team in caused turnovers and tied for second in ground balls.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• Mercy College was picked third in the Eastern College Athletic Conference. Mercy played in their conference championship last year.
• Mercy was ranked 17th in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association this week.
• The Mavericks have defended their home turf perfectly as they sport a 3-0 record at home.
• Since March 20, Mercy has played four games and outscored their opponents 73-7. In the eight total games played this season, Mercy has outscored their opponents 129-35.
• The Mavericks have three goal scorers who have scored 20 or more goals. Three more Mavericks have scored double digit goals this season.
